We were engaged for the design and construction of a 9t/hr cheese production facility with the main 5,800m2 cheese plant, whey processing plant and substantial upgrade to site fire and process services infrastructure. Fonterra engaged us without tender due to our previous record with their projects.
Due to the project’s tight timeframe we worked closely with Tetra Pak, the process contractor, to understand their install program and scheduled our works, staggering handovers in order to deliver the best possible time outcomes. We met or exceeded all handover milestones and were on target to take the first milk in late May 2017.
They have a good working knowledge of the Victorian Food/Dairy building requirements, and a wide supplier network to tap into.
