George Rydell Constructions were engaged to construct a double storey mixed use Commercial BuildingThis new building has been constructed adjacent to the Selandra Rise Shopping Centre that was completed by George Rydell Constructions 3 years ago.

Completed December 2020 with stores due to open Jan 2021.
