PROJECT
We were engaged to demolish the front 30 metres of the existing Shopping Centre fronting Whitehorse Road and construct a high-impact architectural building consisting of two levels of tenancies.
DETAILS
Construction design was challenging with an open ceiling space featuring 3D round hollow section trusses that spanned approximately 50 metres in length and 12 metres in height. To enhance the building’s architectural appeal, several different cladding materials were cleverly used. The end result was fantastic with this prominent shopping centre now becoming a landmark building within the high-density retail precinct of Nunawading.
