Since 2014, Ben has been responsible for overseeing the comprehensive operations of George Rydell Constructions, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of projects. Ben actively collaborates with clients and consultants on design, construction, and hard-money projects to uphold high-quality outcomes while adhering to schedules and financial constraints. With a background spanning 25 years of experience in the construction industry, initially cultivated within the family business, Ben boasts an in-depth comprehension of the company and holds a profound appreciation for all its facets.

Adrian contributes a wealth of expertise to George Rydell Constructions, boasting 18 years of specialised experience across the construction industry. Serving as a senior project manager, he has demonstrated exceptional proficiency at George Rydell Constructions, steering multiple successful projects for clients across various sectors. Seamlessly transitioning into a position in construction and design management, Adrian actively participates in all significant projects. Collaborating closely with design and project teams, he ensures the delivery of high calibre outcomes for our clients. Adrian consistently upholds the core value of cultivating dependable relationships, which is fundamental to George Rydell Constructions principles.

James brings over two decades of experience in the construction sector with 13 years dedicated to George Rydell Constructions. His duties at George Rydell include resource and systems management, as well as overseeing the preparation and quality assessment of tender submissions. Furthermore, James plays a pivotal role in driving business development. His estimating expertise covers a spectrum of projects, spanning from small retail fit-outs to expansive dairy ventures, catering to various sectors such as aged care, education, industrial, and commercial areas.

Rachel brings over 23 years of experience in the construction industry, with 18 of those years dedicated to George Rydell. Her role has involved overseeing a varied portfolio of projects within the company, spanning from new retail shopping centres, fit-out works, dairy manufacturing facilities, industrial, and commercial projects. Through these assignments, Rachel has honed her leadership and management abilities, enabling her to proactively anticipate and resolve potential challenges to ensure projects are executed within budgetary constraints and on schedule.

Dylan is an established Senior Management team leader with well over two decades of experience in the construction industry, the last 20 of which have been dedicated to George Rydell Constructions. Commencing his journey at George Rydell Constructions as a carpenter, he swiftly ascended through the ranks to become a Leading Hand/Site Supervisor, Senior Site Manager, and presently holds the role of Senior Project Manager. Collaborating closely with project teams and consultants, Dylan diligently oversees project timelines and budgets. With a notable track record managing various Greenstar projects, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role.

Michael brings a wealth of experience and expertise, having served as a Group Financial Controller with George Rydell Constructions for over 18 years. His skills encompass Investor Relations, Business Planning, Financial Accounting, Taxation, and External Financial Relationships.

Michael earned his Business Accounting Degree in 1988 and completed the CPA Program in 1998, later achieving Fellow status in 2021. As a Senior Management Leader, Michael conducts monthly project analyses, supporting the Project Management team with their financial vision and project positioning.
