PROJECT
The project is targeting a 4-Star Greenstar V 1.2 rating with the Green Building Council of Australia. George Rydell Constructions worked closely with the client and consultants to deliver a high quality functional new Town Centre for the City of Mernda.
DETAILS
The works involved the construction and fit out of a new Woolworths supermarket & BWS as well as base build works for 3 mini majors and 27 tenancies/kiosks. A level 1 office space and Centre Management area are served by a high-quality lift and large staircase. A high quality mall with plenty of natural light and open space and public amenities are also provided. A new on grade car park including covered walkways, shade sails and landscaping were also part of the development.
