ALDI Supermaket – Truganina
George Rydell Constructions was engaged to construct a new standalone ALDI supermarket and carpark on a greenfield site in the expanding suburbs of Truganina.
Details
The project involved extensive piling for the building and retaining walls, deep excavations for service installations, and bulk filling of the site. This prepared the ground for the construction of concrete panels and an exposed structural steel finish for the 1,670m² supermarket. The internal fit-out included services, vinyl flooring, amenities, office construction, refrigeration, and aisle shelving. Externally, the project featured a 109-space carpark, loading dock, fencing, retaining walls, and landscaping.
