ALDI Supermarket – Craigieburn
George Rydell Constructions successfully delivered a purpose-built ALDI supermarket and carpark in Craigieburn, transforming the site within one of Melbourne's fastest growing suburbs.

The project was undertaken within a developing estate and involved significant civil works, including the removal of existing site fill and reconstruction to new design levels. This was followed by the installation of piling, retaining walls, and essential services infrastructure.
The primary structure comprised precast concrete panels, complemented by an exposed steel roof frame, forming a spacious 1,600m² supermarket. The development also included a large loading dock and a landscaped car park accommodating 118 vehicles.
The internal fit-out featured complete building services, vinyl flooring, staff amenities, office spaces, refrigeration units, and full aisle shelving installation
