George Rydell Constructions was engaged by Fabcot to design and construct a high-quality shopping centre in Hillside. The Banchory Grove Shopping Centre is a new development featuring a 4,300 square metre Woolworths supermarket, complemented by 21 specialty shops.

Details
This project includes the construction and fit-out of a new Woolworths supermarket along with the cold shell construction of 21 further tenancies. High quality public amenities were completed by our team, including modern finishes and family friendly facilities. Aluminium timber cladding and battens are the feature element of the external façade.
The development includes Direct to boot, loading docks/compactors, alfresco eating areas, playground, and external covered walkways, featuring precast planters and seating, along with native landscaping. External carparking with shade sails and pad sites ready for development by others.
