This new electrical showroom and retail outlet in Mildura, Victoria is our latest project to be completed. It demonstrates the ongoing commitment of Middy’s Data & Electrical to rural Victoria, in particular the northern townships. As part of our ongoing commitment to regional Victoria, George Rydell Constructions also utilised local tradespeople and companies for this project.
Details
The project details include a concrete panel construction with two separate buildings:
Tenancy 1:
Middy’s showroom, warehouse and retail outlet with amenities and mezzanine. The external works also included the construction of underground detention water tanks, retaining walls and landscaping, secure yard area and customer carparking including entry and exit driveway crossovers.
Tenancy 2:
Built with the intention of leasing, tenancy two is approximately 420 Sq m and includes amenities facility, lighting and air conditioning.
The construction program ran from April 2018 to October 2018.
