George Rydell were engaged to firstly demolish the existing building and undertake an extensive clean up of the ground conditions.
Building commenced with the concrete panel construction of three retail/warehouse tenancies of approximately 750 Sq m each.
Tenancy 1 was purpose built for Middy’s while another corporate giant ‘Repco’ took up residence in Tenancy 3. In addition to the building structures, all three tenancies have a front customer car park, rear staff carpark and delivery bays.
