The plant consisted of a 2000m2 coolroom, 1800m2 process room, 4000m2 administration building, milk unloading, energy centre, tank farm, 4.5m deep trade waste pit and 12,000m2 of external concrete and landscaped surrounds. George Rydell worked closely with process and packaging contractors and within a very tight timeframe.
