New lighting throughout and energy management initiatives were also key design features, with the site comprising an undercroft carpark with end-of-trip facilities, communications rooms and electric vehicle charging.
The ground floor includes a Woolworths supermarket, BWS and a separate café tenancy, whilst level one is a rooftop carpark covered with commercial shade structures. Travelators were installed from the undercroft to the ground level with two large combined goods/passenger lifts travelling to all levels. It has initially had a very positive response from the local community and end users.
