Fabcot Ltd engaged us to design and construct this new 10,000m2 retail project in Wodonga. The project received strong community acceptance and was delivered with a fast-paced programme and a budget that met our clients’ expectations.
DETAILS
Beyond the larger Woolworths Store, the project included 3 additional retail tenancies and a further 3 buildings incorporating another 12 tenancies and first level offices. This ‘green’ development was architecturally designed to include a central car park with the feel of a town square and functional shade sails to reduce heat build-up in vehicles during the Summer months.
